When will my order ship?
I ship out packages within 1-2 weeks. If I just had a shop update it might take longer due to the high volume of orders. Once your order is shipped you will recieve an email letting you know that your order is on its way. A tracking number will be attached to First Class Mail orders as well.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic Shipping:
First Class Mail: 1-2 weeks
Snail Mail (stickers): 2-3 weeks
International Mail:
First Class Mail: 1 - 2 months
Snail Mail (stickers): 2-3 months
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic Shipping:
First Class Mail on Padded Mailer: $5
First Class Mail on Rigid Mailer: $4
Snail Mail (stickers): $1
International Mail:
I do not offer tracked shipping on international orders!!!
Rigid Mailer (prints and stickers): $5
Snail Mail (stickers): $2
I'm from outside of the US, why can't I buy certain items?
I unfortunately cannot ship bulky items (keychains, buttons, notepads) because of the high shipping price and big risk of it getting lost. I do offer prints and stickers for all my international peeps.
Can I exchange or return my order?
I do NOT accept exchanges or returns at any time. Though I do not accept exchanges or returns, I do allow order cancelation as long as the order has not shipped yet.
What if something is damaged or missing from my order?
Please know I try to package every order with care and try to make it as durable and safe for transport as possible. Once it is shipped off, I am not responsible for how the package arrives to you. But please reach out to me and we can try resolve any possible issues.
For missing items, I am more than happy to send out anything that I forgot to include in your order.
